Name: Charlotte Fallowfield & C.J. Fallowfield, as I write under two pen names.

Location: Wales in the U.K.

Star Sign: Pisces.

What genre/genres do you write? As C.J. Fallowfield I write humorous erotic romance, as Charlotte Fallowfield I write Chick-lit/Romantic Comedies.

Tell us a random fact about yourself: I can’t walk barefoot on hotel floors, so I have to take slippers with me whenever I go away!

Where is your dream holiday destination? If you mean somewhere I’ve yet to go, it would be Beijing to visit the Great Wall of China, see the Terracotta Warriors, and visit a Panda Sanctuary – they’re the cutest animals ever.

Food

What is your all-time favourite food? Italian without a doubt.

What is your favourite Take-Away choice? A Quorn and mushroom vindaloo – I like my food super-hot, and I’m a vegetarian.

Tell us your favourite sweets/candy? Sour Skittles – any sour sweets that don’t contain gelatine.

If you like to cook, which dish do you enjoy preparing and cooking yourself? I make a very hot Chilli Con Quorn.

Do you enjoy baking? If so what is your favourite food item you love to bake? I’m not a big baker, as I’m not a fan of cakes, but I do like to make banana, walnut and cranberry muffins.

What is the one dessert you can never resist? Bread and butter pudding – love it!

Book Characters

Which of your book characters has a lot of you in them? That would be Mia Page from my debut The Austin Series. Like most authors I think when you start writing you don’t yet have the confidence to believe that you can create a character from your imagination, so you use a lot of yourself in them.

Who so far, has been your favourite character to write? That would be Logan Steele from my For the Night Series. As a male escort it was fun to explore the different fantasies his clients wanted him to fulfil, all while struggling to reconcile his growing feelings for one of them.

If you could be any character from any book, who would you be and why? I’d love to be Hermoine Grainger from the Harry Potter novels – can you imagine living in that world?

Is there one of your book characters that you have disliked or do you love them all in some way, even the bad guys? I don’t love them all, if you’re writing a villain there’s no way you should feel attached to them, or the likelihood is that the reader will too and you’ve then failed in your objective.

What car do you drive? An Audi A1.

What is your dream car? A Corvette Stingray.

Who is your current eye candy/crush? I have a top three, but Gabriel Macht, who plays Harvey Specter in Suits, vies for top spot with Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean Winchester in Supernatural.

Which celebrity did you have a crush on as a teenager? John Taylor of Duran Duran, and looking back at pictures of him from the day, I just can’t see why!!

What is your favourite movie of all-time? A close tie between Kill Bill and The Raid – I love martial arts movies.

Who is your favourite band/singer of all-time? Erasure – I saw them live three nights in a row back in the 90’s I was that much of a fan!
